Your Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new customers: Building long-term relationships with farmers, agricultural traders, and other target groups.
• Managing existing clients: Maintaining partnerships through client visits and events.
• Consulting and sales: Presenting our innovative and sustainable soil improvement products and tailoring offers to individual needs.
• Market analysis: Monitoring and analyzing market and competitive developments to identify opportunities early.
• Trade fairs and events: Representing the company at industry events to network and strengthen existing relationships.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or agricultural/horticultural training, ideally with sales experience.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture and ecological solutions.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills in multiple languages. Proficiency in English is essential.
• Independent and goal-oriented work style.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility.
